All my creations are 100% original mesh created/rigged by me or by mesher/rigger. All mesh is exclusively rigged for:

All my creations are inspirations from sites like Pinterest, Google images, cosplayers, and many other sites. You will see some Princess, goth, wiccan, fantasy, cosplay; accessories, fashion, nails and shoes.

1. DEMO All items will have DEMOs with a 5 minute demo script. Demos do come unpackaged (inworld and events) and packaged (marketplace). It is your responsibility to try a demo before buying the full product. Demos are a clone copy of the full product. Every time you request a demo, your name is registered in my system that you have received it. If ever there is an issue with a Demo, please send my CSR a notecard so that she can correct the issue as the same issue will show up on the full product.

 

2. ISSUES Please, for any issues with demos or the full product, FILL OUT THIS FORM to contact my CSR. As per LL TOS, my CSR has 72 hours to respond to your issue before reporting us to LL. Please refrain from posting negative comments on my MP before contacting my CSR first. 

Make sure to include:

- Your Legacy Name or Card

- The Item Name

- Gyazo of Purchase history

- Explanation of issue with Gyazo (if possible)

 

3. GIVEAWAYS For all of my giveaways in Facebook or Flickr:

✅DO comment your root (legacy) name ONCE!

✅SHARE the post publicly

✅FOLLOW & Like the Page

✅REACT to the post 💗 or 👍 or care emogi in Facebook or ⭐ in Flickr

❌DO NOT comment your name more than once

❌DO NOT use alts to comment your name again

❌DO NOT request your friends to comment your name more than once

❗ POSTS will be checked for duplicate names and any duplicate names or not following these rules will disqualify your participation in the drawing.

❗ Please name sure your legacy names are spelled/written correctly. If I cannot find you    inworld, I will send you a message to your inbox in facebook. You have 24 hours from that message to reply to me or you forfeit your prize.

Drawing will be recorded and uploaded to the official store page. To choose names I will be using a Facebook Comment Picker site. 

4. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES/ERROR PURCHASES if at any time there is an issue with your product, a member of my team and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. I cannot stress this enough * NO REFUNDS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL * There are exceptions to this rule and that decision will be made by me or a member of my team. If you purchase an item by error, there is no exchanges/refunds at all. 

5. PRICES all my store prices and MP prices are the same. The only difference in buying at the store vs buying on MP is that buying in the store you will receive store credit for your purchases.

✅Group Members:5% credit on purchases

✅Non Group Members: 0% credit on purchases 

You will not earn store credit playing gachas, only if you buy the Fatpacks or Megapacks! 

6. STORE CREDIT Store credit is has no expiration date unless otherwise mentioned. Store credit can be used to purchase product. To use store credit:

1. Right click vendor choose menu and then choose store credit

2. You might or might not see this message. This is an example if a customer does not have enough credit to cover the purchase, so L$/Lindens are used for the remaining balance.

IMPORTANT: in case of mixed payment with store credits and L$, the amount of store credits to add to the user’s balance is calculated ONLY on the part paid using the L$ balance.

 

7. REWARD CREDIT every month starting on the 1st of the month group members are able to click the terminal in the store and receive 250L credit. This is only for group members!

 

8. VIP GROUP since we are talking about reward credit for VIP members, let me be brief about the group. Joining my group is a fee of 350L. This will give you access to the group gifts, lucky chairs, Midnight Madness, the reward credit of (5%) on purchases. This is one time fee. If you leave the group, and would like to come back, you must pay the fee again.

 

9. GIFT CARDS are a one time use deal. They are only transferable and do not have an expiration date unless otherwise mentioned. Please follow instructions to use your gift card, if you have any issues in adding the amount to your gift card balance, please send me a notecard inworld or an email with your legacy (root) name and your issue.

 

10. GACHAS As of Sept 1st, Truly Outrageous Fashion and Lullaby Dreams Boutique will not sell gachas anymore instore. All previous gacha releases will now be a group gift. There will be no more support, refunds or trades available for any previous gachas including those purchased by a 3rd party.

11. LOOTIES Looties are the new system replacing gachas instore for Truly Outrageous Fashion and Lullaby Dreams Boutique. Looties are Loot Box Collections, but you get the  exact item you would like to purchase through the MD Labs Trinket Machine System.

How Looties work:

Looties will come in a collection. These collections will always have a max number of 30 items in the loot box. You may buy individual pieces or fatpacks with all items.

Individual Looties - TRANS- 50L

Fatpack Looties - COPY - 999L

Fatpack Looties - TRANSFER - 1850L - These looties will have an exclusive max number of 200 packs to sell at events and/or stores. Once that number has been reached of sales, no more transfer fatpacks will be sold. 

This is a system that has been thought about for exclusivity and for resellers to be able to resell their items at a cost in which they can make a profit. 

Looties is NOT a game of chance. ALL wins are guaranteed. 

*No refunds.

*No trades for copy versions.

*No replacements for lost items. 

*No support on modify items. No replacement if you damage the item modding it. Be careful when deciding to mod. 

*No support for third party purchases. 

12. EXCLUSIVE PRODUCT All the products I create are exclusive to my brand. All of my products will come with a "no rez" script unless its a rezzable product (decoration).

 

13. FULL PERM MESH & TEXTURES All the full perm products I create are exclusive to my brand. You may purchase these products and re-texture using your preferred texturing program. All texture/color maps that comes with the mesh are an example of what the outfit can look like. You MAY NOT sell the items with these textures "out of the box." You must edit the texture to have your own design to it.

All full perm texture packs are my exclusive creation. You may not resell these "as is." you may use them in your preferred full perm mesh creation.

All of the textures that I create for other 3rd party mesh is exclusively created by me. you may use them "as is" or you can change them to your needs.

At any time you are not allowed to state that any of my full perm textures or mesh is 100% created by you or is original to your brand.
